Skills Challenge 2020 Sign Ups

This year has been tough mentally, physically and emotionally for everyone so we wanted to do things a little differently to get people moving and motivated to finish the year off strong. 

This year our challenge is about developing new skills and achieving things you may not have thought possible. We willl be running specific skills sessions every weekend for 5 weeks and incorporating these skills in to our regular workouts. 

We will do pre and post testing so you are able to track your progress. 

The challenge will finish on a team comp day held on 28th November. We will be working towards the comp day over the next 5 weeks. Teams will be drawn out of a hat on the day.
