HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training incorporates safe and functional movements that help you with your everyday activities. HIIT classes include body weight movements like push ups, squats and burpees, as well as equipment-based exercises with kettlebells, dumbbells and ropes.

STRENGTH

Strength classes focus on select barbell movements over 10-week blocks. Sessions include the back squat, deadlift, overhead press and bench press. The sessions also include accessory work to support the main lifts. We test at the beginning and end of each block and work towards increasing individual strength for each movement. Our trainers work with you to establish correct lifting technique and tailor the classes around your individual ability - so you can start at any level. 

BOXFIT

The ultimate partner workout. Your workout will include boxing and pad holding. The trainers will work alongside you to establish technique and each week you'll learn a new series of boxing combinations. BoxFit provides a complete cardio and resistance workout and is a great workout for your mind.

Teens/Challenge

Small group fitness classes aimed at 13-16-year olds. We work to establish safe and functional movements, technique and increase fitness. We focus on encouraging and supporting each other during classes. Our trainers promote a positive environment for every teen to thrive.

MUMS & BUBS

We have dedicated our mid morning sessions to allow Mums to workout without having to worry about organising childcare. We offer a supportive environment, welcoming environment for both Mums and Children. Bring your children down in their capsules or prams, bring snacks and toys to entertain your little ones. We also have a kids room with movies available for the older ones.

Our Mums & Bubs sessions include HIIT, BoxFit and Strength.

We run regular Urban Athletes fitness challenges throughout the year. The challenges are run over 6 or 8-week blocks. Our fitness challenges are a great way to get back in to fitness, kick-start your fitness goals or help you re-focus. Our trainers have worked hard to create an all-inclusive environment where everyone encourages and supports each other. Challenges include pre and post fitness testing and 3D body scanning. You'll get unlimited access to all our classes, as well as special - challenge only - sessions.
