You agree to join Urban Athletes for the minimum period for the membership you have selected. For the whole of that Minimum Period, you will pay the Regular Payment Fees on time, even if you don’t attend the Gym. Termination conditions are set out in clause 6.

Memberships have a 12 week minimum period unless otherwise stated.
To qualify for a $10 discount you must join for a year (not available for Student or Mums&Bubs/Off-Peak memberships).
Student memberships have no minimum term but require 2 weeks notice required for termination.

After the end of the Minimum Period, your Regular Payments will continue until you terminate your contract under clause 6.

Your membership entitles you to make full use of Urban Athletes classes. We cannot guarantee that the classes you wish to attend are always available to you, particularly at popular times.
Class times are available on the Urban Athletes website. Class times and availability are subject to change due to Public Holidays and any unforeseen circumstances. Any cancellations or changes will be made via the Influx App.

Personal Training is available at an additional cost. Some Personal Trainers may not be employees of Urban Athletes and operate independent businesses. Where you choose to make use of their services, you must enter into a contract with them, and pay them separately.

You agree to pay:
- A payment in advance covering all Regular Payments that fall due before your direct debit will be activated on a standard payment date.
- Further Regular Payments, to be made in advance by direct debit to us from your designated account beginning on the date specified in the Membership Application Form. It is a requirement of your membership that you must sign a direct debit form before you first attend the Gym or a class or on request from us. You agree to notify us and complete a replacement direct debit form if you change your account.

After the end of the Minimum Period, your Regular Payments will continue until you terminate your contract under clause 6.

After the end of the Minimum Period, you may suspend your membership once each membership year for a period not longer than 12 weeks. A membership year commences on the anniversary of
the day when you commenced your Urban Athletes membership. You are not entitled to accumulate unused suspension entitlements from one membership year to another. You must always give us two week's written notice of your intention to suspend your membership. Suspensions must be emailed to

Suspensions due to a medical issue: Medical suspensions are additional to the single yearly suspension as advised above. A medical certificate is required before the suspension can be put in place.
